Resource 1: Leadership Micro Moments one-pager

Culture rarely changes in big, dramatic moments; it changes in the way you respond to that difficult email, how you open your Monday standup, and whether you close the loop when someone shares feedback.

The Leadership Micro Moments one-pager gives you ten specific behaviors you can try immediately, such as;

• Pausing before you react

• Naming the tension in a room respectfully

• Rotating voices so that quiet team members are heard

• Closing meetings with a one-word check-in

• Saying thank you in a specific, concrete way

It is short on purpose; you can print it, keep it beside your laptop, or screenshot it to your phone. You pick one micro habit to test for a week, then notice what changes in your relationships and results.
